Refund policy

Our products are truly special and unique! That's why all the items you purchase are considered final sale. And since we make our products specifically for each order, we can't accept returns. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We understand that our jewelry is delicate and fragile, but if you ever come across any manufacturing issues, we'll be more than happy to help. Just email us at zalvage.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp us +1 (786) 505-2560 a photo of the damaged part, and we can discuss options together to solve the problem.

Product Warranty:
In recognition of the esteem for our customers, as well as the quality of our products, we offer a 3 months warranty on the items. This warranty includes replacement of the product due to manufacturing defect or any damage that goes beyond the daily use of the product. If an exchange is necessary, it will be made for the same model if available, or in case it is not available, a similar one of the same value.

- Conditions for returns

If you need to return a faulty item, first email us at zalvage.official@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp +1 (786) 505-2560, we'll inspect it. If we confirm the fault, we'll refund the cost and outgoing postage. Please return the item in its original packaging or a sturdy case. Damaged items due to improper packaging can't be replaced. Note: Clear signs of wear or intentional damage are not eligible for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
We can exchange any new, unused item, in its original packaging, to be replaced by any other item that is available at that time. If the item chosen for exchange is higher priced, you will be able to pay the difference. If the item chosen is lower priced, you will have credit for that amount to be used in the future, with no time restriction. Note: This exchange request can only be made within 5 days of receipt of your order, and just keep in mind that we don't cover the shipping costs for exchange orders. We do not make refunds. Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product Availability:
We have limited stock and all orders are subject to product availability. If any item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and will proceed to refund your money.

Repairs:
Every piece is crafted by hand with dedication. Although we meticulously inspect each item before it ships, we know the possibility of damage beyond our control. Nevertheless, we are happy to provide complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects within the first year of your purchase. Please note that due to the inherent nature of some materials, certain chains and pendants can be fragile.
